Net Worth Update Oct 2020

My net worth increases $14k to $979k from Sep 2020.

It is another step closer to SGD 1 million.

I injected around $13k to buy Aims Apac Reit, UOB and subscribed to Frasers Centrepoint Trust's preferential offering shares.

I have attempted and passed my IPPT with $200 incentive.

I will continue to live frugally, grind at work, save up and inject more money into the stock market for the rest of the year.

I am looking forward to the earnings reporting season of Reits in the coming weeks and sitting back to collect dividends. Let the Cum Dividends rain $$$!!!

Thanks for reading.

With love & peace,
Qiongster

Congratulations! I would suggest, tracking your networth in terms of asset class rather than where you invest, this gives a better picture of your risk position. For example, lump together fixed deposits, bonds and insurance into bonds. CPF and SRS depending on whether it is equity of debt.

Hi Revhappy,
Thanks for the advice and reading my blog. There are only 3 asset classes constituting my net worth - Cash (Cash in savings and fixed deposits), Bonds (CPF, Insurance and Sg Savings Bonds) and Equities (Stocks, Reits, SRS fully vested in Stocks and Reits)
